Dies ist eine alte Version des Dokuments!
First you have to define a data folder, where to save recorded data. This folder is called a session folder. I good idea is, to use the date as the folder name, e.g. „12022020“ for a session collected at 12.02.2020, optionally with an upper letter A, B, C,… (12022020A), if more than one session is recorded a day. Each recording is called a trial. The folders can be created by an explorer of your operating system.
JDAQ can show parts of your folder structure in the „DataExplorer“, typically shown on the left side of the JDAQ UI.
To start a recording/measurement of a trial select the session folder in the DataExplorer and open it in the context-menu with the right mouse click. The now opening GUI allows you to configure the following parameters:
|Session Id||Folder/session name where the recorded data is stored.||SESSION|
|Trial Nr||The trial number is attached to the base file name before the suffix.||The last trial number + 1 with always three digits.|
The properties, which have a key are saved in the property group modalities of the trial and can be used to select trials in further postprocessing steps.
